Meet The Founder
Michael Graham
CEO and Founder
Michael Graham founded Pacific Legacy Homes in 2005, with a vision to be a preeminent provider of sustainable communities and distinctive residences with enduring value that enhance family life. Michael serves as the President and CEO and manages the company’s operations, strategic direction, land development, and securing financing.
Michael is a professional civil engineer and accomplished entrepreneur with more than 30 years of strong leadership and a proven track record of results in both the public and private sectors. Michael began his career after graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in civil engineering working for a small architectural firm that designed custom homes in San Diego County. He then joined the City of San Diego as a construction manager responsibility for several major subdivision projects and then to build the expansion of six branch libraries. From there he charted a new course and spent more than a decade working on mega-transportation projects for two prominent consulting firms DMJM (AECOM) and Parsons Brinckerhoff (WSP USA). Two of Michael’s projects received awards from the American Society of Civil Engineers. After receiving his MBA from SDSU in 2004 he embarked on returning to his roots and passion of becoming a home builder and created Pacific Legacy Homes.
