Our Story

Pacific Legacy homes was founded by Michael D. Graham, driven by a passion for building high quality, well designed, handcrafted homes. Michael began his career after graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in civil engineering in the late 1980’s working for a small architectural firm that designed custom homes in the Fallbrook area. He then joined the city of San Diego as a construction manager responsibility for several major subdivision projects and then to build the expansion of six library branches. From there he charted a new course and spent more than a decade working on mega-transportation projects for two prominent consulting firms DMJM (AECOM) and Parsons Brinckerhoff. After receiving his MBA from SDSU in 2004 he embarked on returning to his roots and passion of becoming a home builder and created Pacific Legacy Homes. That culminated in the pursuit of thoughtful development and building distinctive homes for inspired living.
